    Michael Montgomery is the co-owner of Peak Fitness and a IFPA Certified Advanced Personal Trainer. Michael received his B.S. in Communications at Norwich University, spent 8 years with the U.S. Army, working as a combat medic. Michael has 20 years professional gym experience and specializes in Pre and Post Natal, Advanced Sports Nutrition, and as a Fitness Facility Manager. Michael is available for one-on-one, 2-on-1, and small group personal training.

The Hoist MotionCage is a series of functional training system exercise stations that can be configured in several ways depending on the needs of our clients. Configurations can include two battle rope loops, both a Fairtex Heavy Bag and Speedbag, a Dual Hi-Lo Pulley Station, JumpSport Rebounder Station, Rock Wall, Monkey Bars, Fixed Peg Board, Dip Station, and more — all with integrated accessory hooks for bands and resistance straps storage, and shelving for kettle bells and medicine balls. The MotionCage system can be used to train individuals or entire classes by our Master Personal Trainers.

  • Great Gym With Lots of Different Equipment!

    This is a great gym with a lot of different equipment, making it easy to change up your workouts. But the morning group training is the best part about the gym, for sure! The routines are never exactly the same…to keep you on your toes. Never boring. I get a total body workout without having to do any guesswork of my own. It keeps me motivated and I know I push myself harder in the class than I do on my own. Mike Russell is a fantastic trainer and manages to challenge us all without leaving anyone behind. It’s the best way to start my day, no question!
