I Can’t Say Enough Great Things About This Gym!Patty G,
Two months ago I started…after having hip surgery a month before that. The changes that I’ve seen in just a short time are amazing, and I couldn’t have done it without the help of my dedicated trainers. They don’t just focus on challenging you physically, but also evaluate your mental approach, diet and overall lifestyle. You owe it to yourself to go in… Trust me, this is a game changing experience that you’ll wish you started sooner!
Great Gym With Lots of Different Equipment!Lindsey A.,
This is a great gym with a lot of different equipment, making it easy to change up your workouts. But the morning group training is the best part about the gym, for sure! The routines are never exactly the same…to keep you on your toes. Never boring. I get a total body workout without having to do any guesswork of my own. It keeps me motivated and I know I push myself harder in the class than I do on my own. Mike Russell is a fantastic trainer and manages to challenge us all without leaving anyone behind. It’s the best way to start my day, no question!
This place is awesome! The equipment is first-class, the trainers are amazing and the group classes make you feel like you accomplished something!
