Mike Russell is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer. Mike achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and has over 10 years’ experience training clients from various backgrounds. Mike specializes in working through limitations to achieve client goals. No matter what your current physical condition may be, Mike can develop a challenging workout plan to improve your fitness. Mike is available for one-on-one, 2-on-1, and small-group personal training. He also teaches Peak Fitness Club’s Motion Cage classes.
